Registration:

Registration must be completed by February 4, 2010.
A $25.00 ticket must be purchased for each attendee.
Tickets can be paid online through EventBrite.
- If LaCarte is used, you must contact your LaCarte contact at the Office of State Purchasing so they can override the restricted MCC code needed to make the purchase. Travelers must follow their agency's travel rules and regulations.
To pay by check, bring check payable to Office of Risk Management to the conference.
Check must be accompanied by registration confirmation.
To pay by EFT, please use tax id 721403316 00.
Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Due to limited space, all attendees must be pre-registered. Registration will not be allowed the day of the conference.

The room rate for the conference is $70 per night. The block will be held until January 29, 2010 at the stated rate.
You must provide a credit card to hold your room at the time of the reservation.
